My continuing battle with LJ Hooker Newtown

You probably remember that a giant tree came and crushed my back fence and back gate about 2 weeks ago. It also crushed some bins in my backyard (the rubbish is caught underneath). Well that was 2 weeks ago, and since then, sweet fuck all has happened. The tree is still there, the bins underneath the tree are still there, the rubbish in the bins that is now sandwiched in a pavement/tree combo is still there.

What isn’t here any longer is some of my housemates clothing (stolen off our clothing line owing to the fact there is a gaping hole in our backyard) and my patience. LJ Hooker Newtown continuously pass the buck, transferring me to the incorrect person who then transfers me again who then transfers me again before the line mysteriously cuts out. If i ask to speak to Melanie I dont want to speak to someone else, I want to speak to Melanie.

I am at my wits end with incompetence. It is a fucking safety, security and health hazard that that tree is still in my backyard. After phoning them again today I have delivered an ultimatum. Clear it by Friday or I’ll clear it for you and then invoice you.

Melanie is the one that we deal with too. She seems lovely but the receptionists are all extremely rude and unhelpful. Interesting.
